G P 5 Ranch was established in 2002. We have always
been passionate about horses, owning, raising and riding for years. When we
decided to start team roping, we found out that it would be a lot easier to
rope if we had our own quality roping stock. The obvious choice for roping
stock was Corriente Cattle. We began our herd with a few registered animals,
three to be exact. Our herd size has increased by leaps and bounds since
then. We are members of the NACA, National Corriente Cattle Association and
raise only registered Corriente. We were fortunate to obtain most of our
stock from breeders that have been established for years. It only takes one
maybe two generations to get to foundation stock in our herd. We have roping
and breeding stock available for sale. |
