These Texas heelers are a cross between a Reg. Miniature Australian Shepherd and a Australian Cattle Dog (also known as a Blue Heeler)  They are born primarily white with black markings.  The white portion of the coat will change colors as they get older.  Some will turn blue (white and black hairs mixed) and some will get spots (red or black).  Pictures of the older dogs at the bottom are from another litter to show the coats that they developed as they got older.
